Parking

There are two car parks adjacent to each other. The smaller of the two is on Union Street. Both are pay and display including Sundays. It will take you two or three minutes to walk from the car park to the church. There’s limited on-street parking on Union Street.

The Lobby

When you enter the lobby at the front of the church, you will be greeted by one of our welcome team. All the hymns are projected; however, hymnbooks and Bibles are available in plentiful supply, along with hand sanitizer. Just help yourself.

Young Children?

If you have young children and would like to use our backroom (where there’s a kitchen, kettle, tea, coffee, and biscuits) you can access this either through the door at the front of the church or down the side path. The service is relayed there too, so you don’t have to miss out. There are also baby changing facilities in the toilet to the side of the church as you enter.

Worship

We use the English Standard Version and a range of hymns from New Christian Hymns, Praise! And a selection of others, including our own church supplement.  Each service lasts for around an hour and consists of a few hymns, Bible readings, prayer, often an illustrated talk (morning service only), and the sermon. The sermon lasts for about thirty minutes. We use a piano to accompany our singing.

Every morning and evening service is streamed via our YouTube channel. You can access these via the following link watch-our-services

After the Service

We serve tea and coffee after the evening service (except once a month when we have Communion in the evening) as it’s a good opportunity to chat and catch up over a biscuit or two. We would love for you to stay and join us.

Communion

We hold Communion on the first Sunday evening of every month. This is open to all those who are trusting in the Lord Jesus Christ for their salvation. For those who are either unsure of their faith or are not Christians, you are welcome to stay and observe but not partake of the bread and wine.
